Alyssa Nicholas - Recruitment Manager

In her capacity, Alyssa oversees all aspects of athlete recruitment, from identifying promising talent to building lasting relationships with coaches, athletes, and their families. Her strategic approach and keen eye for potential enable her to scout and recruit top-tier athletes across a variety of sports disciplines, ensuring a diverse and competitive roster.

Alyssa's own collegiate career helps her leverage real life experience when helping athletes get to the next level.  Alyssa was a four starter at the University of Akron, playing third base and catcher.  During her time at Akron she received a Bachelors Degree in Sports Managmenent had various accomplishments on the field including:

• Second-team All MAC
• Ranked 11th in the MAC for doubles
• Ranked 3rd in the MAC for stolen bases
